Staff Development

We consistently encourage our employees to continually develop their skill base, this we achieve though ongoing training and staff development courses where required. All employees are CSCS registered and hold Asbestos Awareness certificates. Two employees have recently undergone BPEC Course for the insulation and servicing of insulation systems.

Also in March of this year, two employees gained their NEBOSH Construction Certificate. We have also trained employees in IPAF, ICB Single Ply Roofing and PASMA.
